2:00PM Time for Change is the second extended play by South Korean boy band, 2PM. The album was released in digital and physical format by April 16, 2009.[1] The two singles taken from the album, "Again & Again" and "니가 밉다 (I Hate You)", reached both the number one spot in the Music Bank.[2]

Reception
The EP was well received, with its lead song, "Again & Again", topping various charts. The song proved to be popular, winning three Mutizen awards.[3][4] On November 20, 2009, the group received the 'Best Artist of Year' award from the M.net Asian Music Awards.[5]
